    Pennsylvania December 8, 1775 20s PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
    The Resolve of November 18,1775 authorized £80,000 in bills. The design was similar to the July 20, 1775 issue, with the British coat of arms utilized on the face. Denominations included 10s, 20s, 30s, and 40s. 16,000 of each denomination were printed by Hall and Sellers on paper containing blue silk threads. All of the major design elements are well printed and detailed including the coat of arms and the nature print. Margins are in keeping with the assigned grade of this note. It currently is the highest graded example of this catalog number in the PMG Population Report.
