Pennsylvania April 20, 1781 50s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 25.An extremely underrated rarity and the first example that we have handled. PMG has never graded one of these and while PCGS has yet to publish a Colonial Population report, it is a pretty safe guess that this is the only one they have graded. The Apparent grade has been assigned for "Repaired Splits", which is accurate. The repairs are neatly executed and the note has decent eye appeal. A meaningfully rare item that should not be passed up for its condition issues.
