Pennsylvania March 10, 1757 10s Very Fine-Extremely Fine. In our over 40 sales, we've handled only three notes from this issue and only one previous example of this denomination. This piece is boldly signed, without a hint of a repair or restoration of any kind. The only real fold is a horizontal center that has not begun to split at either end and is not at all weak. Every word of the text, as well as the nature print and signatures are bold and bright. An extreme rarity and one of the finest known examples of the note. In most other U.S. paper money fields, this rarity and grade combination would produce a five-figure price.
