    Pennsylvania June 18, 1764 20s PCGS About New 50.
Each service has graded a single 50 of this note, with nothing higher. The pence denominations from this issue, particularly the three pence, are quite common in high grade. But the large format shilling denomination notes are scarce in all grades and rare above very fine. This is equal to the best we have seen. It has strong signatures, good margins, and wonderful eye appeal. The "B. Franklin" on the back is bold and clear. PCGS has commented, "minor restorations," which we cannot see but expect a strengthening of the center fold. An important note for the Pennsylvania specialist or the Colonial generalist.
