    Description

Pennsylvania April 3, 1772 John Morton 9d PCGS Very Fine 20.
The signature of Morton, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, is rarely seen on small change notes. This example is one of the better Morton signatures we have seen on any Colonial note. The Newman Collection had a problem example graded PCGS Apparent 10 that realized $329. This note is worth multiples of that.
