The note has tremendous eye appeal in spite of fairly extensive professional repairs at the edges and corners that resulted in the Net grade. PMG has commented "Repaired and Reconstructed", which is exactly correct. We have not sold any example of this note higher than 20 Apparent. Many of the known notes are contemporary counterfeits.
