    A wonderful, well printed note with balanced margins and dark signatures. This lightly handled example earned the Premium Paper Quality designation from PCGS. The motto translates as, "By force let us repel force." A simply gorgeous note and the highest graded example from PCGS, with the next highest note being a 40. There are no examples listed in PMG's population report.
