DescriptionNorth Carolina May 10, 1780 $200 Ut Quocunque Paratus PCGS Apparent Extremely Fine 45.
A much scarcer high denomination note from this later North Carolina series. PCGS has notes there are stains and that the piece at the upper right has been replaced and redrawn. Also they have doubled down on their assessment and cited damage and repairs. We have only sold two others with the Kings Mountain example, grading a raw About New, selling for $1725 back in 2011. While this note is not in the same league it should sell for a few hundred dollars. Signed by Green, Jr. and Coore with huge margins on all sides.
