DescriptionNorth Carolina March 9, 1754 26s 8d PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35.
Bright and fully detailed with absolutely wonderful eye appeal for a 1754 North Carolina note. There are some splits and repairs but the note is wholly intact and one of the nicer examples we have seen in a long time. The last comparable example we sold was a 20s note in our Long Beach sale that was only graded PCGS Apparent VF 30 and that realized $646.25.
