    Description

North Carolina July 14, 1760 30s PCGS Extremely Fine 40.
Widely margined on two sides, this note retains good paper color and all four signatures remain plainly visible. PCGS cites small edge tears and a missing upper left corner tip as the reasons for the italicized grade.
