Printed on coarse paper watermarked NORTH CAROLINA on two lines, it has dark inks and a vignette of a wreath. It is signed on the front by Absalom Tatom and John Hunt. What appears to be a fold on the right side is in actuality an embossed line from the back printing. The Apparent grade is due to a minor stain at bottom left.
