North Carolina December, 1771 10s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35.This note is from the earlier printing of this issue before the details of the ship were strengthened. All four signatures are bold, including John Rutherford's whose is in red. The apparent grade is due to a repaired edge split at bottom center and an edge split at top center.
