    Description

North Carolina April 4, 1748 40s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20.
""A very bright and superbly signed example for any 1748 colonial. PCGS notes the usual tears and splits, tape repairs, design redrawn." This was our description the first time we sold this same note in 2014. The signatures remain impressive and the patriotic drum and fife vignette is always a positive attribute. It has realized an average price of over $250 the two times we have sold it." We have now sold this same piece three times with an average price realized of around $200 each.
