    North Carolina April 4, 1748 40s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20.
    We have auctioned only four examples graded higher than our current offering. All four of those higher notes graded PCGS Apparent VF 25. The last example that we offered at the PCGS Apparent VF 20 grade brought $305.50 last July. The third party label states this note has splits, tears, damage, repairs, replaced pieces, and a redrawn design.
