Low Serial Number 21 with Goat Vignette

North Carolina April 2, 1776 $6 Goat PCGS Very Fine 25.
Plentiful margins are seen on all sides of this better Goat vignetted note. The signatures remain bold with this note most importantly having landed in a comment-free holder. The April 1776 issue is quite fascinating as there are 56 distinct varieties and, to our best knowledge, only two sets have ever been completed. In our Newman sale we sold a PCGS Apparent VF 35 with mounting remnants for $564. This ex: John J. Ford, Jr. collection note should perform far better.
