DescriptionNorth Carolina April 2, 1776 $5 PMG Very Fine 25.
This $5 is of the thrush vignette variety. The vignette is sharp and the black ink signatures are bold. Also, Wm. Williams red ink signature is still easily readable. This is one of the nicer examples of this number that we have offered. The third party label tells us of splits. We see only one small split along the left edge.
