    Description

North Carolina April 2, 1776 $1/2 Monogram with toothed border of radial lines PCGS Apparent Very Fine 30.
Our last offering of an example of the type was back in 2011 when we sold an Apparent VF 35 for $1,150. A small portion of the corner tip at upper right is missing and there are minor restorations along with a small portion of the design being redrawn. All of the remaining design elements are bold and the signatures sharp.
