    Description

December, 1771, 2L, North Carolina, NC-141, VF-XF. Bird with olive branch vignette. With only 5,000 printed this is a rather scarce note and this denomination in particular, along with the 5L note, is the most valuable. This note has very nice margins but is plagued by some pinholes and an internal tear. All in all this note is still highly desirable and the opportunity to own it should not be missed.
