    North Carolina March 9, 1754 15 Shillings Armor Fr. NC-78 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 25.
    Another thick paper type from the issue. On this type, armor is encircled at the lower left next to the indenting design. Signatures of John Swann, Sam Swann, and Lewis De Rosset remain strong, while Starkey's has faded. PCGS cites "Minor Edge Splits and Damage."
