    Description

New York April 20, 1756 £3 PMG Choice Fine 15 Net.
2000 of the £3 denomination were printed by James Parker, featuring a rendition of the City of New York coat of arms. Formerly part of the Eric P. Newman collection, this note is intact, with faded signatures, and faces up well, but has a repaired center split, several minor tears, and has been trimmed. A rare note, with only three examples recorded in the PMG Population Report.
