    Description

New York March 25, 1755 £3 PCGS Apparent Fine 12.
PCGS has cited "Splits, Tears and Minor Damage; Backed," all of which are accurate. The rarity level of this piece is such that the problems are of little consequence. It is the only example graded at either service and will likely stay that way far into the future. The note remains fully legible, with a look far beyond what one would expect for the 12 grade.
