Jumbo Margined John Hart Signed Colonial

New Jersey March 25, 1776 18d PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.
A beautiful example from the other, slightly later, New Jersey series having John Hart signatures. Hart's well-accomplished signature is centered between those of Robert Smith and John Stevens, Jr. Broadly margined with rich red Arms at the lower left. Perhaps this is conservatively graded, as it is a very attractive type note with the eye appeal of a PPQ note. The Hart signature is sharp. These notes are justifiably popular due to their historic character. PMG notes a Minor Stain. It is a small margin stain located at the bottom left corner and easily confined within the margin. The note is otherwise a lovely gem that is easily deserving of a four-figure price.
