    New Jersey March 25, 1776 18d About New. An attractive note with plate letter C, the signers were Jonathan Johnston, Robert Smith, and Joseph Smith. Printed by Isaac Collins on paper watermarked NEW JERSEY, the detail is strong on the nature print. Collins, a Quaker, established his shop in Burlington in 1770. This well-printed example has a center fold.
