This striking example is well printed on bright paper with good colors and clear signatures, including those of David Brearley, who later signed the United States Constitution, and Joseph Borden, who in 1765 was a delegate to the Stamp Act Congress. The back has an emblem depicting a boar charging a spear with the motto AUT MORS AUT VITA DECORA (Either death or an honorable life).
