New Jersey April 16, 1764 £3 PMG Very Fine 25.
2850 £3 notes were printed for this emission with plate letters B and D as well as no plate letter. This plate letter D note is well printed on paper with decent margins on both sides. It also has clear signatures of Johnston (which is a bit faded), Richard Smith, and Samuel Smith. While the note has a somewhat prominent centerfold, that fold does not affect the physical stability of the note. No repairs or glaring impairments are noted.
From the Colonial Valley Collection, Part II

    Estimate: $150 - up.
