New Jersey 1786 3s PMG Fine 12 NET. A bit stronger than the other 3s note in this collection, but PMG has noted a restoration. That restoration seems to be the strengthening of a partially broken center fold. The signatures are legible, and the note gives the appearance of a nice solid Fine.From The Midnight Ride Collection
