    Description

John Hart Signature New Jersey March 25, 1776 3s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 30.
A really nice example of this more common New Jersey note that has excellent margins and bold printing. The second signature is that of John Hart, a signer of the Declaration of Impendence, whose signature adds hundreds of dollars in extra value. PCGS mentions stains and small paper splits, neither of which are particularly distracting as to how the note faces up. We just sold an example in this exact grade for almost $600.
