    Elizabeth, (New Jersey) - Borough of Elizabeth March 25, 1790 1 Penny Newman page 266, Fr. NJ-219, Wait 526. PCGS Very Fine 35PPQ.
    A typeset penny change bill printed on thick paper, in a style shared by several issuers from New Jersey and New York. Ornamental borders are on the face and back. The face has "Aaron Ogden. Clk." engraved. The back shows the denomination and small ornaments flanking: a lobster and a small skull and crossbones. The imprint of S. Kollock is at the bottom. In high grade for the type with pleasing surfaces and paper originality.
