    New Jersey December 20, 1783 2s 6d PCGS Apparent Fine 15.
An extremely rare issue that we have handled only twice before. It is unpriced in
both Newman and Friedberg and virtually never seen in any condition. The only
previous examples we have sold were in 2004 and last April. The 2004 example was a raw VG that will likely grade Good by today's standards. That note realized $1,495. Eleven years later we sold another 15 Apparent that realized $3290. We now offer yet another 15 Apparent with three minor problems assigned by PCGS. It is equal to or slightly better than last April's piece, and its price realized will likely also be identical.
