    New Jersey April 23, 1761 15s PMG Choice Fine 15.
    The Twelfth War Issue, comprising £25,000 of Bills of Credit was authorized by the Act of April 7, 1761. These notes were legal tender until November 1, 1778 before becoming invalid after May 1, 1779. Denominations ranged from 12s to £6. Designs from previous issues were retained and the notes were again printed by James Parker. The 15s note is well circulated but importantly fully intact with no repairs or glaring condition deficiencies noted. Signatures of Nevill, Rodman, and Smith are legible and the note bears serial number 70.
