    Description

Massachusetts June 18, 1776 5s About New. This is a superb example of this challenging issue in which the notes were printed on thick, coarse paper which is not lend well to exceptional eye appeal. There is very light circulation seen but the signature and serial number are bold and the note is free of the usual tears, stains and holes that so often plague this issue. This is undoubtedly one of the nicest examples that is available to the public and we should see spirited bidding before the end comes.
