    Description

    Small Variety "Sword in Hand"

Massachusetts June 18, 1776 12s PMG Choice Very Fine 35. The "Sword in Hand" design is one of the most popular in Colonial Currency. Fortunately, the larger denominations from June 18, 1776 issue included a small version of the same vignette. This piece is a pleasing mid-grade example with deeply printed devices and a lone fold. Our archive reveals that we have not handled this denomination in the last ten years.
