    Description

Maryland January 1, 1767 $8 Very Fine. This is a very pleasing example for the grade of this much scarcer 1767 issue. The paper is crisp with good print quality and lovely eye appeal for the grade. There is a well repaired tear from the left border as well as some central pinholes. On balance, this is one of the nicer notes you will likely find from this issue.
