    Maryland April 10, 1774 Vertical Strip of 4 - $2, $1, $2/3 and $1/3 PCGS Choice About New 55PPQ.
PCGS has graded only two of these strips, the first was a toned apparent which we auctioned at FUN 2016 for $2,115. This 58PPQ strip is 3 points lower, but far nicer. The only other multiple we know of was an AU pair that sold for $1,437 in our 2005 FUN auction. All four of these notes are problem-free beauties and notes from this issue, although very common in low grade, become quite rare EF and above. Multiples are virtually unheard of.
