    Description

    Maryland April 10, 1774 $2 PCGS About New 50PPQ.
Although this is a very common issue in lower grades, these notes are rare above Extremely Fine. They are also quite difficult to find well-margined, and very challenging to find bright. This note comes about as close as you can get to the fully Uncirculated grade without being there. It is also beautifully margined, fully bright and clearly signed and numbered. The last time we sold this piece was at our 2006 Central States auction where it realized $437.
