DescriptionMaryland 1733 2s 6d PCGS Choice New 63.
"One very minor fold and a short edge tear separate this attractive early Remainder from the Gem grade. These 1733 Maryland Remainders are the earliest readily available example of Colonial Currency. This is one of the nicer pieces we have seen in the last few years, and we expect it will attract considerable interest." That was the description we used several years ago for an AU example of this note and denomination. To our best knowledge, this is the first fully Uncirculated piece we have handled.
