PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent.This $15 note resided in the Newman Collection along with the $13 in the previous lot and exhibits the same mounting style on the back. It is toned in the center, and the seal is not completely colored. Noted with "Edge Splits; Repairs; Mounting on Back."
