    Georgia 1776 $4 PMG Very Fine 25. All five signatures remain visible on this appealing $4 Orange Seal note with the liberty cap emblem. The motto is LIBERTAS CARIOR AURO (freedom is more precious than gold). PMG has noted "Adhesive", which we are unable to spot through the holder on this very attractive Georgia.
