    Georgia 1776 $1 PMG Very Fine 25.
    While the 25 grade is rather ordinary for the denomination and issue, this one has one of the very darkest blue seal Justice vignettes that we have ever seen. Generally darkly inked color seals are also rather muddy. In this instance, the seal is both dark and razor sharp. It propels this VF 25 with the negative comments, "Stains, Minor Ink Burn," into a different league for value.
