    Delaware May 1, 1777 10s Very Fine.
    The State Arms is the central vignette on this well printed, well margined, and well signed note. Laws and Wiltbank were the signers. This note has three problems. It has been split down the middle and sewn back together with home-spun thread, there is a scrape on the back from a previous mounting and there is a small hole in the bottom right corner.
