Printed by Benjamin Franklin, this is the highest denomination of the series. Signed by William Armstrong, John Barns, and David Hall, their signatures are readable, but faint. The back has a lion vignette at the bottom that is strong and clear. It has a horizontal center fold that is almost separating, but at this time only has small indentations on each side. It also has a small tear in the top, left that has resulted in a small hole.
