    Description

Delaware June 1, 1759 15s Fine-Very Fine. One of the better examples we've seen of this note. It's split at both ends of the center fold, but it has never completely separated and it is utterly unrepaired or restored in any way. Every word of the text on both sides is clear and sharp, as are the horse vignette and all three signatures. Certainly low-grade by the standards of later Colonials, but a beautiful piece from this issue.
