    Delaware January 1, 1776 20s PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Only one note has received a higher grade from PMG. Nice margins are observed on this example. The signers were McKinly, Collins, and Manlove. The printer, James Adams, also engraved the cuts. He worked in Philadelphia for Benjamin Franklin & David Hall for seven years previously. Only 12,000 of these 20 shillings notes were printed. They were printed on the same paper that was used for Continental Currency.
