    Delaware February 28, 1746 20s PCGS Apparent Fine 12.
PCGS has graded five examples of this note, none of which appear on the population report as all were apparents. It's likely that all five grade close to this example. The finest example listed by Track & Price is a PMG 25 net which is reported as selling a year apart in 2011 for $2588 and in 2012 for $9775. We sold this note as a raw Fine back in 2002 for just under $300 and believe it is now worth three or four times that price. Apparent grade on this note is for restorations.
