    September 26, 1778 $8-$7 Uncut Vertical Pair

Continental Currency September 26, 1778 $8-$7 Uncut Vertical Pair Fr. CC-81-80 PCGS About New 53.
Notes from this late series are available and are occasionally located in choice condition. However, Continental Currency multiples are less frequently seen in the past several years compared to a generation ago. This example has superb face printing quality, bold signatures, and strong serial number. The back is printed a little more lightly. There is a fold across the bottom note, through the bordering, seen mostly from the back. Ex: our 2015 Long Beach sale, lot 22034. This is a nice opportunity to acquire an uncut pair.
