    Although PMG has not net graded this note they have commented "Foreign Substance." We cannot spot it through the holder, but it is often the case that a foreign substance is the minor shine of hinge glue that can be wiped away with a Q-tip. Both services combined have only graded three Uncirculated examples of this number. Each service has graded one 65, with this the only other CU. Clearly an extremely difficult note in high grade. We sold the PCGS 65PPQ in our recent Newman Auction for $5170. This note will not reach that level, but it should certainly exceed...
