The Lone Uncirculated Example at PCGS and the Finest by Two Points For Both Services Combined

Continental Currency January 14, 1779 $70 PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.
As we previously mentioned, the distribution for Uncirculated notes of this issue is irregular. That certainly works in favor of this spectacular Seventy Dollar Note as it is the only Uncirculated example at PCGS. Similarly, PMG has graded only a single Unc which is a 64. This is the finest known by eight points at PCGS and the finest known by two points for both services combined. Every attribute of this beauty is about as good as it ever gets.
