This piece boasts strong signatures, a bold serial number, and full margins framing the design. The paper is particularly bright, unaffected by 230 plus years of age. Only one note in the Uncirculated range has been offered by us in the last few years, a PCGS Gem New 66PPQ which sold for $3450 in September of 2011.
