The 13-strings of varying lengths on the harp emblem represent the 13 Colonies. MAJORA MINORIBUS CONSONANT translates as the large colonies and the small colonies are in harmony. The signers are Sam Sellers and T. Leech. The nature print on the back is of henebit and two buttercups.
