DescriptionContinental Currency July 22, 1776 $5 PCGS Extremely Fine 45.
This is simply a great example of this much scarcer issue and denomination. The July 1776 issue is third behind only the Yorktown issue and the May 1777 issue in terms of scarcity of Continental emissions. Wonderfully signed and fully fresh with a couple of light folds. The Patriotic American example brought about $1,000 total in a low end AU holder and it would not surprise us to see this end up bringing at least half that amount.
